Maintenance Tips
  • Daily Cleaning

  • Set the temperature controls to high and let the rollers heat up briefly—this helps loosen grease and food residue.

  • Wipe each roller with a soft, damp cloth, moving from the ends toward the center to avoid pushing debris into the bearings.

  • Do not use abrasive pads or metal utensils, which can damage the roller surfaces.

  • Drip Pan Care

  • Remove the drip pan daily and wash with warm soapy water.

  • Rinse and dry completely before placing it back into the unit.

  • Preventative Maintenance

  • Inspect and lubricate the internal roller drive chains annually with a food-safe, high-temperature grease (rated 500°F or higher).

  • Always unplug the unit before performing any internal maintenance.

  • Routinely inspect the power cord and plug for any signs of wear or damage.

  • Proper Operation

  • Preheat the rollers for 5–10 minutes before loading product.

  • Use the “Reheat” setting to bring food to temperature, then switch to “Hold” to maintain warmth without overcooking.

  • Avoid placing frozen products directly on the rollers.

  • General Safety

  • Unplug the grill before cleaning or servicing.

  • Keep it on a level, non-flammable surface away from water and other heat-sensitive materials.

  • Allow full cool-down before any deep cleaning.
