Maintenance Tips
  • Daily Cleaning

  • Turn temperature controls to high and let the rollers warm up—this softens any grease or residue.

  • Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe each roller from end to center, preventing grease from reaching the side bearings.

  • Never use abrasive pads or metal utensils that could scratch or damage the rollers.

  • Drip Pan Care

  • Remove the drip pan daily and wash it with warm, soapy water.

  • Rinse and dry thoroughly before placing it back to avoid buildup or odors.

  • Preventative Maintenance

  • Annually inspect and lubricate the roller drive chains using high-temperature, food-safe grease (rated 500°F or more).

  • Always unplug the unit before any internal servicing.

  • Regularly check the cord and plug for wear or damage to ensure safe operation.

  • Operational Best Practices

  • Preheat the grill for 5–10 minutes before placing any food.

  • Use the "Reheat" zone to bring items up to temperature, then switch to the "Hold" setting to maintain quality.

  • Avoid placing frozen items directly on the rollers.

  • Safety Reminders

  • Unplug the unit before cleaning or maintenance.

  • Place the grill on a level, heat-resistant surface, away from flammable materials.

  • Allow the unit to cool fully before deep cleaning.
